Add

• /concretemixer command to display version info and reload the plugin.
  • Administrators must have access to the concretemixer.admin permission node (operators have it by default) in order to use /concretemixer reload.
• Update checker (can be disabled in the config).
  • If an update is found, then a notification will be sent to console.

Change

• Fix GriefPrevention version detection.
