Other Changes

• Replaced vanilla End Stone Bricks crafting recipe with Polished End Stone crafting recipe. Four End Stone now crafts four Polished End Stone, and four Polished Endstone crafts four End Stone Bricks.
• Added custom-made textures for block sets that were not present in any form in vanilla (Polished Calcite, Polished Endstone, Gold blockset, )
• Added all blocks to vanilla's creative mode tabs, as well as a separate "Completed Blocksets" tab.
