- Waypoints are now tied to the world seed, preventing unrelated worlds from sharing waypoint data.
- Worlds using the same seed intentionally share waypoints, even if renamed or stored under different save folders.
- Removed old waypoint migration behavior that could cause new worlds to inherit unrelated waypoints.
- Added a 30-second confirmation to /waypoint clear.
- The clear command now explains exactly what will be deleted before requiring the player to run it again.
