Initial release of Compact BedWars HUD.

Added a compact client-side BedWars HUD. Added TNT explosion timers for nearby primed TNT. Added resource counters for iron, gold, diamonds and emeralds. Added stack overlays to show item counts more clearly. Added a round kill counter with a skull-style HUD display. Added potion timer overlay for active effects. Added a built-in HUD editor for moving and customizing overlay elements. Added color options for accent, text and background visibility. Added automatic hiding for resource counters when the amount is 0. Improved HUD layout for cleaner BedWars gameplay.
