Introduction
CommandsManager is a plugin that allows you to Block, Add Cooldowns and Add Delays with Costs to any Command.

How to install
- Download CommandsManager.jar from this page.
- Download Vault and an Economy Plugin (Essentials, ec...).
- Download PlaceholderAPI (Optional).
- Put CommandsManager, Vault, an Economy Plugin and PlaceholderAPI inside your plugins folder.
- Start your server.
Commands
/commandsmanager help - Sends a message with all commands and permissions.
/commandsmanager reload | rl - Reloads the configuration file.
/commandsmanager reset <player_name> <all/command> - Resets a player's cooldown for all commands or a specific command.
Permissions
commandsmanager.* - Allows to execute all commands.
commandsmanager.help - Allows to see all commands and permissions.
commandsmanager.reload - Allows to reload the configuration file.
commandsmanager.reset - Allows to reset player's cooldown for all commands or a specific command.
commandsmanager.bypass.blockColons - Allows to execute commands with colons in the first argument of the command.
