Adds one hostile mob called "Combat Man" that emulates Player PvP Combat.

- Added a rare chance depending on difficulty for a Combat Man to have strong equipment
- Added special names that is given to Combat Men that spawn with Power Level of 90 or above
- Combat Man will now target attacking mobs when not targeting any other mob
- Combat Man spawning condition has been reworked to spawn in places where the sky is visible
- Fixed bug where Combat Man can place water in the nether
- Fixed bug where Combat Man prioritizes attacking rather than defending
- Fixed bug where Combat Man overshoots ender pearl shot and miss target
- Fixed Combat Man Pillar reach jumping logic
