Adds one hostile mob called "Combat Man" that emulates Player PvP Combat.

- Added CombatManPlayerAggro gamerule (Default: true) - Will cause Combat Man to target and fight players.
- Added DoCombatManInfighting gamerule (Default: true) - Will cause Combat Man to fight each other when true.
- Added CreeperAggroCombatMan gamerule (Default: true) - Controls whether creepers target Combat Man mob or not.
- Added CombatManSpawnChance gamerule (Default: 80) - Percentage chance the Combat Man mob spawns in.
- Nerfed Combat Man Melee attack range
