Combat+

Complete rewrite from the ground up, adding new & improved systems including:

• New /attribute based cooldown system. More reliable and no more item replace spam jank
• New system supports any weapon, including custom datapack weapons (no way to enable Combat+ on another weapon yet, but it's technically possible!)
• Now uses vanilla crafting table
• Added Netherite Gear, obtainable from the Smithing Table like vanilla gear
