Colorful Dungeons

additions:

-added red dungeon (the nether set of dungeons is completed! the last 2 dungeons will be in the end!)

changes & fixes:

-modified cyan dungeon so that warped trees are less likely to spawn inside the dungeon when using mods that extend nether height such as incendium
