Colorful Combat Mod

Changes :

• All effects now work in off hand
• Dual wielding weapons that have similar effect will enhance the power of that effect
• Weapons durability reworked
• light tools no longer grants night vision effect if single wielded
• light tools now grants regeneration (self) and glowing (target) effects
• Other minor changes

Bugfix :

• Fixed always playing completed challage sound after completing advancement
