Admin Commands (/collection)

• Added /collection reload: Reloads the mod configuration (collection_book.json) and clears all collectible caches instantly without needing to restart the Minecraft server.
• Added /collection reset <player>: Completely resets a player's collection progress, achievements, and stats. This is useful for testing, season resets, or server administration.
• Added /collection open [player]: Opens the collection book GUI interface directly. Administrators can also specify a player name to remotely inspect and view another player's progress in real-time.

Security & Permissions

• Restricted administration command sub-arguments (reload, reset, and inspecting other players) to server operators with permission level 2+ (Gamemasters and above) using Minecraft 1.21.4's permission context check API.
• Standard users can still run the /collection open command without arguments to open their own collection book screen.
