- Changed sound parsing from the config; now using namespaced keys.

[worth]to /coins drop./coins drop <player|x,y,z[,world]> [radius] [worth]- The value for each coin to drop can be specified with
[worth].
- Updated bStats and added new stats.
- Improved coin pickup handling.
- Updated MythicMobs dependency; support for 5.7 and newer.
- Fixed Looting enchant not working for 'enchant-increment'.
- Patched all memory leaks (these were very small).
