Update to balancing and small fixes

Added Advancement Based Spawning:

• Creepers start spawning at the acquisition of an iron pickaxe
• Dreadknights start spawning at the acquisition of a diamond pickaxe
• Haunters and Shadewraiths start spawning at the opening of the Nether
• Witches start spawning at the acquisition of potions

Changed Mob AI

• Set mob X-ray detection range to 0-4 rather than 12-24
• Stopped mobs from breaking boats while inside of them
• Stopped witches and illagers from being able to open doors
• There is no longer a chance that animals are not tempted by food

Fixed an issue with the shortbow recipe

Removed Angry Mobs
