Major Mod Rewrite

The entire mod was rewritten from scratch, updating the mod will likely will break stuff from older versions.

Additions

• Added buttons to the coffin screen to loot items and experience
• Added further Recovery Compass tweaks
  • can now be used to ping unlooted coffins of the user, hinting at their location
• Added Gamerule "Coffin Stored Experience"
  • controls the percentage of experience stored in a coffin
• Added Gamerule "Tweak Recovery Compass"
  • whether the Recovery Compass tweaks are avaiable for use
• Added Gamerule "Keep Post Respawn Items"
  • whether or not certain items (tag: coffins:post_respawn_items), such as the Recovery Compass are kept on death
• Added Saved Slot Providers; allows for easier mod compatibility

Changes

• All textures have been updated, courtesy of starlikestylus
• Grave Coffins can now store (basically) unlimited items aswell as experience
• Grave Coffins now shows cause of death, date and more info
• Grave Coffins now have a glowing outline when nearby

Removals

• Removed Tome of Fragility
• Removed Gravedigger's key
• Removed Echo shard recipe
• Removed Gamerule "Show Death Coordinates"
• Removed Gamerule "Death requires Coffin"
