Summary

This update mainly improves the CSAR config UI to make it cleaner, more readable, and more consistent between /csar config and /csar server.

Fixed

• Fixed a stray vertical line visible in the left menu of the config UI
• Fixed the same visual issue in the personal config UI
• Fixed alignment in the Teleport > Permissions section
• Fixed duplicated enabled / disabled state display in the specific Pokémon config
• Fixed several UI texts that were too long or poorly aligned

Improved

• Improved UI consistency by using a clearer option layout with the option name on the left and the state or value on the right
• Improved readability of Enabled, Disabled, Configured, and Not Configured states
• Improved Discord webhook display in the server config UI
• Improved webhook URL and Test buttons with a more compact layout
• Improved readability of the Outbreaks section
• Improved navigation coherence by reorganizing some UI sections
• Improved the outbreak classic alert warning text to make the flood risk clearer

• This is mainly a UI polish update
