Summary

This update improves CSAR sound handling with more precise server-side and player-side sound settings.

Added

• Added volume and pitch settings for classic alerts
• Added per-category volume and pitch settings for Legendary, Mythical, Ultra Beast, Paradox, and Starter
• Added per-variant volume and pitch settings for Alpha, Shiny, and Radiant
• Added personal volume and pitch settings in /csar config

Improved

• Improved sound editing consistency between /csar server and /csar config
• Improved sound controls so values now use left-click to increase and right-click to decrease
• Improved the Sounds section structure with clearer grouping: General, Categories, and Variants

• Server settings define the base sound values
• Player settings allow each player to adjust volume and pitch to their own preferences
