Summary
This hotfix fixes excessive background dimming on the wallpaper selection screen and improves wallpaper UI consistency between Cobblemon 1.6.1 and Cobblemon 1.7.3.

Notes
- Wallpaper selection, box-wide wallpaper application, and wallpaper saving remain unchanged
- These behaviors have been tested on both supported Cobblemon versions
