Adds a PokeInsert command to insert pokemon into the specified player's party. This works for players who are not online as well. This only works with pokemon in your party.The luckperms node is: cobblemonutils.pokeinsert

Added the OT tag to the pokespy menu

Added a pokemon property, min_perfect_ivs, which helps you set the number of IVs set to 31, and setting the rest of the IVs to a random value, keep in mind this can still produce a 6x31 if you only specify min_perfect_iv=0, it just sets the stats randomly after it has created four perfect IVs.
