Added cosmetic form display feature and fixed the bug where the species list wasn't fully showing
- Added a global state showCosmeticForms to control cosmetic form display
- Implemented cosmetic form switch button and filtering logic in FormSelectScreen
- Added translations for cosmetic forms in English and Chinese language files
- Fixed species selection to use getSpecies instead of getImplemented
- Adjusted form positions to fit the new switch button layout
