New: cancel-button on active expeditions, auto-incrementing IDs, pen renames title (not ID), edit fields scroll horizontally.
Breaking: /expedition loot → /expedition admin; protocol bump (don't mix 1.2.1 and 1.3.0).
Fixed: tier-bypass exploit, GUI tier flicker, wrong default success preview, hardcoded success cap, boss-cost crash on bad config, lang-key clobbering on rename, silent admin errors, lots of packet hygiene.
