Compatibility update.

Changed

• Bumped mod version from 0.2 to 0.3.
• Updated Cobblemon compatibility to 1.7.3 only.
  • Older Cobblemon 1.7.0, 1.7.1, and 1.7.2 are no longer supported.

Fixed

• Fixed a server crash when a chunk containing a virtualloot:virtual_pasture block entity was loaded and ticked with Cobblemon 1.7.3.
  • Updated Virtual Pasture ticking to use Cobblemon's new metabolism and interaction cooldown API.
