Pokemon

Here is a showcase of some of the Pokemon you'll be able to encounter when exploring this datapack, with many more to come!

Cinnamouse and Caramouse

Cinnamouse and Caramouse

Normal/Fairy Type

Abilities: Sweet Veil, Cute Charm, Aroma Veil (HA)

When settlers first arrived on the island of Layor, Cinnamouse was nowhere to be seen. One theory is that the introduction of baked good to the region, as well as the prolonged exposure to the power of the Monarcrystals created this pokemon. Its sweet smell and ability to process sugar make it a common pokemon for cafes and bakeries alike.

The evolved form of Cinnamouse. With a larger body, and mound of cream it wears like a hat, it seeks out sweet smelling treats and sugary snacks to consume. It creates a thick brown liquid from its body that tastes similar to caramel, and is used as a healthier alternative.

Wild sighting of this pokemon most frequent Plains Biomes!

Layoran Diglett and Diglord

Diglett Diglord

Rock and Rock/Psychic Type

Abilities: Levitate (Both), Cloud Nine (Diglord), Earth Eater (Both) (HA)

Diglett in the Layoran region often find themselves at mercy to the levitating properties of the Monarcrystals found in the rock they burrow in. Sometimes, they will find themselves stuck in a floating ball of said rock, unable to reunite with the ground. Eventually, the close proximity and for long periods of time will change the Diglett into its Layoran form, losing its ground type, but gaining more speed and slight control over the rocks own gravity.

Diglord come about when a Layoran Diglett has gotten used to its new home. Diglord have near perfect control of the gravity of its planet, and have lost the ability to burrow. This new non-burrowing lifestyle allows the pokemon to become smarter and develop psychic abilities. The larger a Diglord's pompadour of rock, the stronger its psychic powers grow.

Currently, there have only been wild sighting of this pokemon INCREDIBLY rarely, it is possible, however, for a Diglett to achieve this form through unnatural means....

Reginigma

Reginigma

Psychic Type

Abilities: Clear Body, Psychic Surge (HA)

This pokemon is a mystery. There are many sightings of saucer like objects hover in the sky and dissapearing before any good recording can be taken. Most of these sightings have been confirmed to have been this pokemon. It almost never interacts with the world around it. Due to its appearance, it has been nicknamed "Reginigma", despite the name, there is nothing to prove it has any relation to the other pokemon known to have been created by Regigigas.

It is currently unknown how to find this pokemon, as it tends to find you before long.

Ancient Apparition

Ancient Apparition

Ghost/Dark Type

Ability: Protosynthesis

The origin of this pokemon is completely unknown. It is theorised to be a visitor from another timeline, baring a resemblance to the pokemon Rotom. It's biology is reminiscent to a certain sub species of pokemon native to the Paldean Region known as Paradox Pokemon. On top of being similar to Rotom, legends tell of a wisp that would visit sites special to the recently deceased, and cause chaos by possessing their belongings and playing tricks.

Currently, finding this pokemon is very rare, and only seems to appear in places of severe loss of ruin...
