Cobblemon Shiny Rarities

This is the initial release of Cobblemon Shiny Rarities!

This mod adds in rare and epic shiny variants of all pokemon! Every time you get a shiny pokemon spawn, it has a 60% chance to be its normal shiny, a 30% chance to be a rare shiny, and a 10% chance to be an epic shiny.

So far we have implemented shiny variants for all base cobblemon in generations 1-7. Additionally, some pokemon from later generations are also implemented, such as starters, regionals, or those who's pre-evolutions come from earlier generations.
