This update focuses on critical reliability fixes for spawning and encounter permissions, ensuring Rustling Spots behave consistently for all players in survival and on servers.

🐛 Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Rustling Spots could stop spawning in the Overworld due to incorrect surface detection. This restores reliable surface, water and cave spawns.
• Fixed Pokémon encounters only triggering for OP players. Spawns are now executed via a server-side command source, ensuring all players can trigger encounters without special permissions.
