(Yes you can Make a Port and add Mods,Datapacks, as well as Resourcepacks as long as it not for profit and credit goes in when needed, don't just say Credit to Cobblemon-Red, Blue, Yellow and Green actually state who made it and if tell people the additons you added, If you want to remove one ask me as some are for gameplays reasons that if remove could alter the Modpack)
