- Fixed various server to client sync issues
- Fixed evolution crashing when the pokemon was evolved in-world
- Fixed mega evolution not working in-battles
- Downgraded fabric loader requirement to 0.17.2+
- Added a new config "Random Movepools" when a pokemon is caught randomize all learnable moves
- Added a new config "Random Wild Types" wild pokemon encountered now have random types, that actually affect battle mechanics
- Added proper server authoritative configurations, now when an admin sets configs and a player non-op joins they won't get the config screen
