Cobblemon Mojave

No new mons here! Just some stat changes because the Mojave dex was massively missing speedy mons. Rotom DJ got a small stat nerf. Tsushimi (Tobishimi pre-evolution) still had a higher special attacking stat from when in development tobishimi was a special attacker. It is now a physical attacker. Also for some reason Baobaraffe was way too fast so they got a speed nerf.
