Cobblemon: Limited Legends

🎉 Time for a major rework!

⭐ New features:

• New feature: Evolution tracking // Prevents evolutions if they would exceed limits.
• New command: /limitedlegends list // Lists all limited Pokémon that have already been caught.
• New command: /limitedlegends limit // Shows how many limited Pokémon a player can catch.
• New option: LOGGER // Enables/Disables log messages.

🔧 Changes and fixes:

• Almost a full rewrite of the code.
• Trades are now being canceled instead of reversed if they exceed any limits.
• Fixed a bug that reset friendship on prevented trades.
• Fixed a bug that prevented PokéBall bypasses when RequireSubjugation was enabled.
• Fixed a crash caused by PokéSnack spawns.
• Fixed a crash caused by Bobber spawns.
