New feature: Resurrection tracking // Prevents fossil resurrections if they would exceed any limits set in the config.

Fixed a bug that prevented trades from being executed when SetLimitsPerPlayer was enabled.

Fixed a bug that prevented trades from being tracked correctly.

Fixed minor mistakes in messages sent to players whenever trades have been canceled.
