How to Get the Item

Creative Mode

The item appears in the Tools creative tab.

Crafting Pattern

DND, NRN, DND

D = Diamond N = Nether Star R = Rare Candy

Usage

Right-click on any of your Pokémon while holding the Infinite Rare Candy. The Pokémon will gain one level and the candy stays in your inventory.
