Added the new Gene Fusion machine, where you can fuse eggs to combine their stats (this is not additive—an egg with an IV of 20 and another with an IV of 11 will not result in 31), taking the best stats and allowing the player to choose the nature and ability if there are variations. For the machine to work, you’ll need to load it with cells from Pokémon of the same type. This can be done using the Cell Syringe: when you defeat Pokémon, it collects their cells and stores them in the syringe in the player’s inventory. Since this is a very powerful mechanic, it has a setting to control the cost of uses and can also be disabled.
Implemented the /fillsyringe command to fill the syringe from the player’s inventory.
Implemented the Analyze Upgrade feature; it will disable incubation in the Egg Incubator, serving instead as an intermediary with an upgrade filter so that the egg can be sent to Gene Fusion or used for any other automation with the filtered but unincubated egg.
Implemented the ignoreFilterOnShiny configuration.
Fixed issues occurring with machines on dedicated servers.
