Improvements

The mod should now fully support all languages. Battle state tracking (stat boosts, weather, terrain, etc.) should display correctly regardless of your Minecraft language setting.

What's fixed: - Stat changes from moves (Shell Smash, Swords Dance, etc.) now track correctly in all languages - Ability-triggered stat changes (Intimidate, etc.) work in all languages - Weather, terrain, and field conditions display properly

You can now also provide translation resource packs for the UI! See TRANSLATIONS.md for info.
