Improvements
- The three different modules (Team Indicators, Battle Info Panel, and Battle Log Improvements) can now be disabled individually. See more in the README.
Bug Fixes
- Ditto now shows as Ditto in the team Pokemon panel
- KO's by means of Perish Song, Memento, etc... should now be recognized as KO's and not switching out
