Cobblemon: Extended Battle UI

New Features

• Speed tiers are now listed when hovering over a pokemon in the Team UI.
  • Shows exact speed stat for your pokemon.
  • Shows range of possible speed stats for opposing pokemon, from 0 IV and - nature, to 31 IV max EV trained + nature.
    • Should also catch abilities like Chlorophyll + Swift Swim, with an indicator that the relevant pokemon COULD have one of these abilities.
• PP Usage is now shown when hovering in Team UI.
  • Shows exact PP for your pokemon, for example (10/15)
  • Shows estimated usage based on MAX PP for a move, counting that move as if it was PP Maxed.
    • For example, Dark Pulse has a normal PP amount of 15, but when PP Maxed it has 24. The opponent Team UI would then show, after one use: (~23/24)
