A simple mod that adds an experience bar similar to the ones used in Pokémon games. It also includes Combat Log improvements related to experience and leveling.

🛠️ Technical Notes
- Includes all fixes from v1.0.5 (NeoForge): dynamic party storage access via reflection and improved fallback logic to the battle actor's Pokémon list.
- The HUD overlay is now registered through Fabric API's
HudRenderCallback(replacing NeoForge's GUI layers system).
