• Added configurable chat alerts for rare Cobblemon spawns, captures, and defeats.
• Added alerts for level 100, evolution-ready events, completed evolutions, and new Pokedex entries.
• Added rarity filters for shiny, legendary, mythical, restricted, sub-legendary, Ultra Beast, perfect IVs, and high IVs.
• Added rare-spawn range settings: block radius, chunk radius, or whole dimension.
