Initial release

• /cobbleimport command: fetches a team from pokepast.es and applies it to the player’s Cobblemon party (replaces the current party).
• Requires operator
• Parses Pokémon Showdown paste format: species, level, shiny, nature, Tera type, gender in the species line, nickname, EVs/IVs, held item, ability, and moves when Cobblemon supports them.
• Handles special form mappings (e.g. Necrozma fusion forms, Landorus/Tornadus/Thundurus/Enamorus Incarnate/Therian via species properties).
• Mega forms in the paste: warns and maps to the base species Cobblemon expects.
