Fixes:
- False swiping a mon, and using a ball on it, outright kills it.
- Other players can kill mons other people are in battle with/ the wild mons and/or the players actual mon.
- Legends be killing themselves as well when you throw pokeballs at them
Feats:
- Get XP by killing normal mobs. Configurable
- Pokes run-away speed configurable
