Cobblefine

I've started reorganizing the mod pack again. You can think of it as a fresh start. The reason I'm doing this is because I wanted to make a fresh start with the mod pack. I hope you understand.

Nothing has changed in the resource packs. Only a few new mods have been added, and the pack has been updated for Cobblemon version 1.7. At the same time, all resource packs and mods have been updated to the latest version. I have optimized them for the most stable performance possible.

Many resource pack features were added with VanillaTweaks.
