Cobblemon Info for REI / JEI / EMI

• The item-dropper and move-learner icon grids (shown when you look up an item or a move) no longer spill out both sides of the REI recipe panel. REI sizes that panel to a blend of every visible category's width, so when the lookup also matched a vanilla recipe the frame shrank below the grid. The grids are now 8 columns instead of 12, keeping them inside REI's minimum panel width; JEI and EMI (which size exactly to the panel) just get a slightly narrower grid.
