The pack is now way more balanced than before. Some buffs where VERY strong.

• Added more level-up moves for Pokémon that needed them.
• Added and replaced abilities for some Pokémon.
• Reworked almost every stat buff.
• Removed a bunch of overpowered stat buffs. Check 'changes.txt' for full changes.
