🍃 Leaf Loot Fix

• ✂️ Cluttered leaves now only drop full leaf blocks when broken with shears or Silk Touch.
• 🌱 Normal leaf breaks can once again drop the matching saplings.
• 🪵 Leaves can still drop sticks using the vanilla-style chances.
• 🔧 Updated the leaf loot tables to Minecraft 26.1's current tool predicate format.

🌳 Verified Trees

• Willow and flowering willow drop willow saplings.
• Poplar and flowering poplar drop poplar saplings.
• Crabapple and flowering crabapple drop crabapple saplings.
• Sycamore drops sycamore saplings.
• Fluorescent maple and flowering fluorescent maple drop fluorescent maple saplings.
• Blue and red mushroom caps drop their matching mushroom starters.
