🛠 Technical Improvements & Refactoring

Improved Shutdown Logic:
- Added a dedicated shutdown method to the NotificationManager.
- Updated the main ClearLaggEnhanced shutdown flow to properly utilize this new method, ensuring a centralized and clean cleanup process when the server stops.
Simplified Task Management: Replaced legacy scheduler.cancelTask calls with the direct cancel method on WrappedTask for cleaner and more efficient code.
