Clear Sight
Removes everything that blocks your view: Warden darkness, fog, overlays, particles, weather, menu tint, and loading screens (instant resource reload, hidden respawn screen, seamless server switch). Each toggle is separate.

- The three Loading toggles are now fade time sliders: startup overlay, resource reloads and title screen, each 100 = vanilla, 0 = instant, anything between scales vanilla's own fade
- Hide World Loading Screen stall detection is now progress based: slow loads stay hidden however long they take, only a load whose progress stands still brings the screen back
- If you had the 1.3.x instant toggles enabled, set the matching slider to 0: settings reset to vanilla with the new format
