Cleaner Tooltips

This release fully overhauls the configuration screen and adds several new features.

• The config screen is now much easier to read and use.
• Added the option to hide the durability if the item is undamaged.
• Added the option to blacklist both attributes and modifier ids.
• Added the command '/get_modifier_ids' to get the held item's modifier ids.
• Added several options to customize durability color.
• Fixed attribute text sometimes being the wrong color.
