- Removed all speed limit signs and replaced them with a universal speed limit sign you can edit
- Changed sign text rendering to be done at runtime
- Made stop signs drop when broke
- Made speed limit signs drop when broke
- Updated stop sign outline boundaries to be more accurate
- Fixed speed limit outline boundaries
- Fixed stop sign being too tall in inventory
