CityChan's RNGdle rolls your fate once per Minecraft day, applying a set of potion effects that last the full day and cannot be removed. Similar to RNGdle.com.

- Added Slippery custom effect - makes you slide as if you were on ice
- Added to the Bad tier pool
- Does not stack with naturally slippery blocks (ice, packed ice, blue ice)
Changed
- Notable roll chat announcements (Godtier, Hell, Mahjong, Funny Numbers) now show a tooltip on hover listing all effects the player received
