CityChan's RNGdle rolls your fate once per Minecraft day, applying a set of potion effects that last the full day and cannot be removed. Similar to RNGdle.com.

- Fixed game breaking bug: overlapping rolls no longer crash the server
- New tier landing sounds: Wither Death (Hell), Totem Use (Mahjong), Beacon Activate (Funny Numbers)
- Some Mahjong tier rolls got buffed
- Some rebalancing with buff weight distribution within each tier
- Added chat commands!! /rngdle help, toggle, profile, and today
- Per-player opt-out through commands with daily effect clearing
