- Ported CIT Resewn Continuation to Minecraft 1.21.11 on NeoForge.
- Fixed NeoForge dependency metadata for 1.21.11.
- Added early-load guards for NeoForge ModList access.
- Updated 1.21.11 renderer and identifier mappings.
- Added CIT texture loading to the 1.21.11 item atlas path.
Known beta notes:
- Tested locally with Barely Default packs; core item CITs are working.
- Complex resource-pack models may still log atlas/model bake warnings.
- Not marked stable yet while edge-case model, armor, elytra, and glint behavior continues to be verified.
