• Added optional Distant Horizons 2.3+ compatibility.
• Added a Distant Horizons Compatibility setting that:
  • Disables overlapping Distant Horizons LOD clouds.
  • Keeps Cirrus clouds visible when Distant Horizons disables Minecraft’s cloud renderer.
  • Restores Distant Horizons’ original cloud setting when compatibility is disabled.
• Added an optional Sync Cloud Distance setting that uses the Distant Horizons LOD render distance for Cirrus clouds (be careful when using this with large render distances).
• Added optimized distant cloud-ring geometry, extending cloud coverage to Distant Horizons distances without generating fully detailed geometry across the entire area.
• Added correct Distant Horizons projection and depth-buffer integration so Cirrus clouds render properly against distant terrain.
• Added the See Through Cloud Layers option, allowing farther cloud layers to remain visible through nearer translucent layers (on by default).

• Changed synchronized cloud rendering to retain detailed geometry nearby while using lightweight geometry at extreme distances.
• Changed translucent cloud layers to render back-to-front according to their distance from the camera.
• Changed celestial masking so clouds occlude the sun while preserving the moon and stars.
• Changed Milky Way rendering order so it remains behind the sun, moon, and stars properly (wasn't the case for some scenarios).
• Changed cloud sunlight shading from directional edge highlights to broader, sun-aligned illumination.

Removed

• Removed moon occlusion behind Cirrus clouds.
• Removed directional cloud-edge sunlight highlights.
